Vietnamese Pho

Yayy, welcome backk ❤

Today I’m having my favorite Pho ❤ ❤ ><

Every shops are now closed because of the thing, so we had to do the Pho ourselves 😦 . ( Btw, while most people would call it “foe”, it is actually pronounced more like “fuh” =) )

Delicious beef pho made by Mom<3

Making Pho is not easy at all, I’ve seen my mom took the whole afternoon to do it. Pho broth recipe is one of the most complicated recipes I’ve ever known, so if you would like to try, I recommend just go to the Vietnamese restaurants for quick, cheap and tasty Pho <33

Healthy Breakfast Toasts

GOOD MORNING Y’ALL!

Let’s greet your day with healthy and super easy breakfast toasts !^^

Ingredients:

2 slices bread ( I recommend whole grain bread)

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1 boiled egg

a bit of nutella ( optional=D )

mayonnaise ( optional)

And that’s it!

Then just slice the banana and avocado while toasting the bread. If you feel like they’re too bland, you can add a bit salt ( just a bit). You also can mix the boiled egg with some mayonnaise and put them on the avocado toast (I ran out of mayonnaise today, otherwise they can’t be this bland=(( ) Now after the first taste you’ll realise they all go really good together, so, don’t be shy, put some moree!
